Q: How do I back up my fasting / health data?
A: Your data (fasting logs, weight, water intake, etc.) is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud backup, it will be saved to your personal Google Drive or iCloud — we (Brainify/Fastify) do not access or store your health data on our own servers.
Q: Can you recover my data if I lose my phone?
A: Yes — if you’ve enabled cloud backup (via iCloud or Google Drive), you can restore your data on a new device. If you did not enable backup, unfortunately, we cannot retrieve your data for you.
Q: Is my data shared with Brainify or third parties?
A: No personal health or fasting data is stored on Brainify servers. We only receive anonymized usage data (analytics / crash reports) via third-party providers, for improving the app.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us at fastify.support@brainify.dev. Please note: if your data is backed up to iCloud/Google Drive, you will also need to delete your copy there, since that is controlled by you.
