Fastify is provided by Brainify ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and where it is stored.
Account information: If you sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple we may receive your name, email address, and profile picture only when you choose to share them. These are provided by the identity provider (Google/Apple).
Health & app data: Fasting logs, weight records, water intake, sleep/wake times, and any other health or wellness entries you create in the App. These are created and stored on your device and — if you enable cloud backup — in your personal cloud account (see How we store your data).
Device & diagnostics: Device type, operating system version, crash reports, and anonymized analytics that help us improve the App. These may be sent to third-party analytics/crash-reporting providers (see Third‑party services).
Local settings and preferences: App settings, notification preferences, and local usage preferences.
No Brainify server-side storage of user content. We do not upload or store your personal App content (fasting logs, weight entries, photos, etc.) on Brainify-owned servers unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.
Cloud backup via your account: If you choose to back up or sync data using Google Drive or iCloud (for example by using "Continue with Google" or "Sign in with Apple" and enabling backup), your data is stored in your personal cloud account controlled by Google/Apple. Brainify does not access your files in iCloud or Google Drive, and we do not retain copies on our servers.
Identity provider info: When you use Google or Apple sign-in, those providers may share account identifiers and profile information with us (see Account information above). We only store the information you consent to share.
To provide and operate the App features (track fasting, display graphs, show progress).
To personalize suggestions (fasting recommendations) on-device.
To send communications with your consent (e.g., emails about updates or purchases).
To collect anonymized analytics and crash reports via third-party providers to improve reliability.
We do not share your app content with Brainify-owned servers.
We may share or send limited technical information (crash logs, anonymized analytics) to third-party providers (analytics, crash reporting, payment processors) to operate and improve the App. These third parties have their own privacy practices.
Legal requests / business transfers: We may disclose information to comply with law or in connection with a business transaction (merger, sale). Any transfer will honor applicable privacy laws.
Content you create: Stored on your device and in your personal cloud backups (if enabled) for as long as you keep the account or the backups exist. Because we do not host the content, deletion by you or in your cloud account will remove it from those locations.
Account & identity info: We retain minimal account metadata (e.g., email) only as needed to operate your account or for legal reasons.
Analytics / crash logs: Retained in anonymized form by third-party providers per their retention policies.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data handled by the App (encryption in transit, secure storage on device). Because user content is stored in your personal iCloud/Google Drive when you enable cloud backup, security of those backups is governed by the cloud provider’s policies. We do not have access to your cloud files unless you explicitly grant permission.
We provide an in‑app Delete Account & Data option so you can control and remove your information easily.
Open the App → Settings → Account Backup Manager → Delete Account & Data.
Tapping Delete Account & Data will:
Permanently remove all app data stored locally on your device for that account.
Attempt to remove data stored in your app-specific cloud container (for example, the app container in iCloud or app-specific files in Google Drive) using available cloud APIs where possible.
Note: Some cloud backups or files you manually placed in general cloud storage folders (e.g., a user-exported file in Google Drive or iCloud Drive) may not be deleted automatically by this action; you may need to remove those manually (see Manual cloud deletion below).
Fastify is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the App or by email. The revised "Last Updated" date will be posted.
