Welcome to Fastify (the "App"), launched by Brainify ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App and any related services. By accessing or using Fastify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Fastify. If you are under 16, you may not use the App.
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Sign-in and account information: You may register or sign in using third-party identity providers such as Google or Sign in with Apple. When you choose to sign in with a third-party provider, that provider may share limited information with us (for example, your name, email address, and profile picture) only if you consent. We receive and store only the account information you choose to share and that is necessary to operate your account (e.g., email for account identification and communication).
No hosting of user content on Brainify servers: Fastify does not upload or store your personal App content (such as fasting logs, weight entries, water intake, photos, or other health/wellness entries) on Brainify-owned servers unless we explicitly tell you otherwise. Data you create in the App is stored on your device and, if you enable cloud backup or sync, in your personal cloud account (for example, iCloud or Google Drive). Brainify does not access or control user cloud backups unless you explicitly grant permission.
Account security: You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at fastify.support@brainify.dev or ceo.alihassan.2004@gmail.com.
We provide an in‑app option that allows users to permanently delete their account and associated app data. To delete your account and data from within the App, go to:
Settings → Account Backup Manager → Delete Account & Data
Tapping Delete Account & Data will:
Permanently remove all app data stored locally on your device for that account.
Attempt to remove data stored in your personal cloud account that is associated with the App (for example, the app container in iCloud) using the appropriate cloud APIs where possible.
Important: If you use third‑party cloud backups (such as iCloud Drive or Google Drive) in addition to the App's automatic sync, you may also need to remove backup files directly from your cloud provider. Instructions for managing and deleting cloud-stored data are provided in‑app under Settings → Account Backup Manager → Manage Cloud Backups.
If you encounter any issues completing deletion in‑app, please contact us and we will assist. We may require additional information to verify your identity before we process certain deletion requests.
Fastify offers a Free Tier and Fastify Pro (a paid subscription).
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Cancellation: You may cancel via your app store settings; cancellation will take effect at the period end.
Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy available [https://sites.google.com/view/brainifyapp/fastify-privacy-policy] explains in detail what data the App collects and how it is used. The following summarizes key points relevant to these Terms:
Health & app content: Health-related entries (fasting logs, weight, hydration, sleep times, journal entries, and similar data) are created and stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup or sync, those items may be stored in your personal cloud account (e.g., iCloud or Google Drive). Brainify does not retrieve, access, or store those cloud backup files on Brainify servers unless you explicitly grant permission.
Analytics & diagnostics: We may collect and transmit anonymized analytics and crash reports to third-party providers to improve the App. These analytics do not include your raw health entries or personal content.
Account metadata: We may retain minimal account metadata (for example, an email address used to identify your account) to provide core account services, process payments, or respond to legal requests.
You control backups and cloud sync through your device settings and your Google/Apple account settings. To request deletion of any account metadata or other data that we actually hold (for example, account-identifying email or billing records), contact us at fastify.support@brainify.dev or ceo.alihassan.2004@gmail.com and provide the required information to verify your request.
When you use the in‑app Delete Account & Data option, we will also attempt to delete data from your app-specific cloud container where possible. Deleting data from your personal cloud account (iCloud, Google Drive) outside of the app remains controlled by you and by the cloud provider; we provide guidance in the app for those steps.
If you enable cloud backup or synchronization, your App data is stored in your cloud account (for example, iCloud or Google Drive) and is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. Brainify does not control those third-party services and is not responsible for their security or availability. You are responsible for configuring and managing your cloud backups.
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the rights of others or our intellectual property.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or manipulate the App.
Transmit harmful code or unsolicited communications.
Harvest or scrape user data from the App.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, and code, are the exclusive property of Brainify or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
The App is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not provide medical advice; consult a healthcare professional before fasting or changing diet.
Cloud disclaimer: We are not responsible for the policies, security, or availability of third-party cloud services (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive). By enabling cloud backup you accept the responsibility for managing those backups with the third-party provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainify's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App or email, and the revised "Last Updated" date will be posted.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
