Safety and Family Farm Notes/Guidelines
All vehicles are restricted to normal designated parking areas and roads. All vehicles/drivers should also comply with posted speed limit signs (go SLOW and be SAFE).
No equipment of Bollinger Farms may be used or included in any activity/activities unless otherwise specifically designated, as Bollinger Farms is a working farm and such equipment may pose potential safety concerns.
No smoking/vaping, alcoholic beverages or drugs (legal/illegal) on the premises at any time.
Lewdness, inappropriate attire, illegal activity and/or sexually oriented suggestive attire/behavior is prohibited and is at the sole discretion of Bollinger Farms as to the suitability for being conducive to the family oriented positive environment promoted by Bollinger Farms.
Bollinger Farms is a wildlife, nature and farm area and as such there will potentially be wildlife, ticks, spiders, snakes, wasps, bees, hornets, stumps, uneven ground, burrows, ground holes, equipment ruts, livestock, livestock fencing, mud, water areas, rock bluffs, etc. Each visiting individual and/or parent/legal guardian, personally and fully accepts such circumstances willingly and fully at their own risk for themselves and/or for those they are responsible for and further agrees not to hold Bollinger Farms, their staff and/or volunteers liable or responsible, in part or in full, in any manner for any injuries, damages or even death if sustained.
Family dogs/cats are permitted ONLY for scheduled photography/videography sessions, not when other customers are present or during store regular business hours. These pets must be kept on a leash at all times and any mess/defecation must be removed by the pet owner. Any other “pet types” are not allowed or must be PRIOR approved by the farm owner.
Please take care of all of your trash by properly disposing of it. Fake snow, confetti, or other like items are not allowed as they are impossible to fully remove and when left, leave a visual impairment to the natural aesthetic beauty of the tree farm. Landscape should not be handled and/or altered in any way beyond the normal choose-n-cut tree activities.
