Bollinger Farms has great natural scenic views that make for the ultimate in family photo and video opportunities. We also promote a family friendly farm environment in which actions and comments are respectful of all other individuals attending our venue. We highly encourage impromptu personal and/or "selfie" snapshots while yet respecting the privacy of our other guests. Please be sure to tag us on social media with those shots you take reflecting the positive environment we strive for everyone to enjoy.

Equally important however for any organized photo/video shoots, whether they be amateur or professional, is to please remember to follow all parts of Bollinger Farms photo/video policy and guidelines including early scheduling of time slots and pre-payment arrangements being made. Fee Prices for Time Slots*

(*including all setup and takedown time)

1 hour**: $60

2 hours**: $110

Up to 4 hours**: $200

Up to 8 hours**: $350

**All listed rates are for continuous time frames within a single day. Any time going beyond the reserved time frame is subject to the full $60/hour rate**

Reservations/Times potentially available for requests are limited to:

January thru October - 8:30am till 4:30pm(*?*) - Monday thru Saturday

November Pre-Thanksgiving - 8:30am till 4:30pm(*?*) - Monday thru Saturday

November Post-Thanksgiving thru December Pre-Christmas Eve - 8:30am till 4:30pm(*?*) - Monday thru Wednesday ONLY

December Post-Christmas thru December 30 - 8:30am till 4:30pm(*?*) - Monday thru Saturday

*?* - Final time slots begin at 3:30pm and all efforts must be completed by 4:30pm (pending seasonal circumstances allowing for possible later time frames). Seasonal longer daylight hours may allow for later time frame reservations (Check with Bollinger Farms for any questions).

Anyone wishing to do organized photo or video shoots, amateur or professional, must:

1) Request a scheduled time slot,

2) Pre-pay for that time slot (48(+) hours in advance),

3) Read the Photography/Videography Guidelines (link provided below),

4) Sign/Complete the Bollinger Farms Agreement Request Form*,

5) Provide proof of insurance. For any amateur photographer/videographer that does not possess liability insurance, in lieu of the insurance requirement they may utilize the Hold Harmless Agreement provided in this section. The completed agreement applies any/all responsibility and liability to the photographer/videographer for themself, their assistant(s) of any nature, any/all clients they involve, and/or any other correlated unnamed individuals.
