Bollinger Farms

Bollinger Farms Christmas tree farm was established in 2012 by Troy and LaDonna Bollinger. We are located along the Ste. Genevieve/St. Francois county border just inside western Ste.Genevieve County, Missouri. We provide Christmas trees for sale to friends and families for celebrations and the gift-giving that often occurs at the Christmas time of year, but more importantly we provide a focus and family atmosphere of "We're keeping Christ in Christmas!" as our point of emphasis for our farm. This focus is to honor and recognize the "ultimate gift" of salvation provided by Jesus Christ through His sacrifice for all of us.

We have "choose and cut" options of fresh trees available from our fields, as well as pre-cut tree options that we have had brought in, which are located in our "Pre-Cut Forest" area. In addition, we have fresh wreaths (traditional size and oversized up to 70"+ in diameter), fresh swags, fresh Christmas crosses (nearly 4 ft. tall) for yard displays and/or memorials, tree stands, custom embroidery, custom ornaments, decorations, gifts, tasty home prepared food/drink items and so much more in our wonderful gift shop. Our farm was co-featured in a published article in the Kansas City Star newspaper on December 24, 2015. We were a startup farm then and began emphasizing our theme of "We're keeping Christ in Christmas!".

Bollinger Farms was blessed to be recognized by the Missouri Grown USA organization as their featured farm for the entire state of Missouri on December 6, 2021.

Troy Bollinger of the family farm was elected as the Missouri State Vice-President for the Missouri Christmas Tree Association (MCTA) serving in the role from 2022-2024.

Bollinger Farms began branching out to having more student involvement as we were thrilled to host our first school field trip on December 6, 2022, with a group of 40(+) high school students in the Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) program at West St. Francois County Schools that visited our farm. That trend continues today and in addition to West St. Francois County, school field trip visits from Bismarck, Farmington and Classical Conversations Homeschool have blessed our farm.

Our "Grand Opening" year 2022 Bollinger Farms Christmas ornament included a biblical quote of Isaiah 9:6 saying "for unto us a child is born", while the ornament also displayed the manger scene. Our ornament was self-designed and was a primary highlight ornament in the national sales brochure for Tim Weberding Woodworking of Batesville, Indiana, who specializes in custom wooden ornaments.

Our 2023 Christmas ornament was again a self-designed ornament and was once more a featured display sample in the nationwide Tim Weberding Woodworking catalog. The ornament quoted Luke 2:12 saying "and this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger".

Beginning in January 2024, Troy Bollinger of the family farm was honored to be selected as the Missouri State President of the Missouri Christmas Tree Association (MCTA) and is currently serving the organization in that capacity.

On Nov. 2, 2024 Bollinger Farms hosted our 1st Annual Craft Fair and we plan to continue this event annually each year on the first Saturday in November. Vendors can register each year on our website and/or Facebook page.
