Early Tree Tagging

Beginning the first Saturday in November when our gift shop opens and continuing on through the month of November on all Saturdays prior to Thanksgiving,  Bollinger Farms offers "Early Tree Tagging" for our customer friends.  This program provides families the opportunity to come out early to the farm prior to when choose and cut trees can be cut down, so they may reserve/purchase their tree by placing our special ribbon and bows on your tree you select.  Families may then come back at a future date at their leisure after Thanksgiving on one of our regular business days to pick up their tree.  Available business dates to pick up your tree are listed on our calendar and also on the Early Tree Tagging information we provide to you.  Reserve the tree you want for your family Christmas without having to worry about the hustle and bustle often seen once choose and cut season begins.  Below are details of how our program works:

• Provide your contact information and obtain our special ribbon & bow in the gift shop

• Go to the field and pick your tree

• Wrap your ribbon around the middle of the tree one time and tie with a SOLID knot

• Securely attach our gift shop provided bow to the ribbon

• Notify a farm employee to have sold tags added to your selected tree

• Obtain the lower tear off portion of the sold tags from our farm employee and take to the gift shop to pay for your tree

• All tree sales are final, no refunds.  Come back during our normal business hours Nov. 28-29, Dec. 4-6 or Dec. 11-13, check in at the gift shop, then cut down and take home your reserved tree.

**Bollinger Farms will do our very best to ensure your tree is not wrongly harvested by another party.  In the rare case that this may occur, Bollinger Farms will make it right.**
