Born in Milan and shaped by experience around the world, my journey has been guided by curiosity, hospitality, and a deep respect for authentic Italian tradition. My formation did not come only from formal training, but from living, travelling, observing, tasting, and constantly refining my palate through real experience.
For me, cooking is not about execution.
It is about creating, tasting, adjusting, refining.
My cuisine is rooted in true Italian flavour — simple ingredients, honest preparation, balanced combinations. But it is also guided by instinct, precision, and presence. Tradition is my foundation; personal vision is my strength.
