Bollicine is my way of telling the story of Italy: an Italy made of taste, sincere hospitality and beauty in the details.
I am Cecilia, and my journey began in the world of fashion, before intertwining with events, travels and years spent on cruise ships. There, I learned how precious encounters can be: people, cultures and flavours from all over the world left something inside me, enriching the way I see things and the way I welcome others.
Even today, I still love all of this: meeting people, listening, being inspired, because every person and every story adds a small piece to my life.
Then life brought me here, to Gran Canaria.
Among the dunes of Maspalomas, I found the right place to give shape to a dream: a space able to bring together atmosphere, taste and emotion.
And so Bollicine was born.
A small, sincere place overlooking the quiet of the pool, where time seems to slow down and every detail is designed to make you feel good.
Today, this vision also lives in my kitchen.
In my dishes, I bring sensitivity, passion and the desire to offer something authentic: flavours that speak of home, care and love for things done well.
I left my sketches behind to start creating with ingredients, but with the same attention to detail that has always guided my way of seeing beauty and welcoming others.
We are not the classic Italian restaurant for tourists.
We are a small space of truth, taste and warmth, where the cuisine speaks Italian with a few international shades, but the soul always remains the same:
to welcome you, help you slow down and
give you a moment that leaves something inside.
