About Bollicine

Bollicine is an Italian restaurant in Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas, close to the famous dunes of Gran Canaria.

We created Bollicine as a peaceful retreat away from the busiest streets — slightly hidden from the road, reached by walking down the entrance walkway, and often described by our guests as a true hidden gem.

Once you arrive, the atmosphere changes completely: quieter, more intimate, and a world away from the busy tourist streets above.

Clean lines, white tables, soft lighting and an open terrace give the restaurant a different atmosphere throughout the day: bright and airy in daylight, warmer and more intimate after sunset, with soft Italian music from the 1940s and 50s in the background.

Our cuisine remains genuinely Italian: Roman pinsa, pasta, lasagna, homemade dishes, meat and fish, desserts and 

a carefully selected wine list, with particular attention to Italian wines.

But Bollicine is about more than what arrives on the plate. Our idea of Italian hospitality is simple: good food prepared with care, a good glass of wine, time for our guests, and an atmosphere where nobody feels rushed.

Many years in hospitality have taught us that people remember much more than what they ate. 

They remember how a place made them feel.

That is what we want Bollicine to be: a place where you can slow down, relax and feel a little bit at home — even when you're far from home.
