I am the person behind the kitchen, the service, the details and the daily life of the restaurant.
Born in Milan and shaped by experiences around the world, my journey has always been guided by curiosity, hospitality and a deep respect for authentic Italian tradition.
Bollicine is my Italian restaurant in Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas, close to the famous dunes of Gran Canaria. Here, our cuisine is rooted in real Italian flavour: homemade preparations, Roman pinsa, pasta, lasagna, Italian cured meats and cheeses, fresh salads, desserts, cocktails and a carefully selected wine list, with a strong focus on Italian wines.
For me, cooking is not only about execution.
It is about creating, tasting, adjusting and refining every detail.
