Scripts and Slides
From your previous President you will receive their script and the chapter slides.
On the resources section above you will find the original scripts and slide packs.
Please update your BNI international stats from the slide in the optional slide pack. This is for the purpose and overview part of the meeting.
Please review that your slide branding is up to date. Eg the slide pack as your chapters logo or the correct BNI logo.
Please review the BNI Agenda (original slides) or from the Chapter Operations Manual to consider what the chapter has added into the meeting that is not part of the BNI Meeting Agenda. Especially important if the timing of your meeting is becoming a challenge.
Remember the meeting is actually about the visitors journey and not members or housekeeping for the chapter. If you do require time for these topics there is time when visitors are at visitor orientation, the monthly chapter success meeting, your weekly communications, one or one conversations with the members and a membership committee member.
