Other things to know about the national training:

There will be pre-learning to do in BNI Business Builder. We will assign the training to you.
The training is very interactive and will require your participation in the breakout rooms.
Padlets are used during the training and for reflecting on your pre-training. We will provide the padlets for pre-learning closer to the date.
There is a participant guide. We will send the guide to you when you register
After the training we will have a Melbourne Central Debrief and Braith or Marina will go over specific topics

BNI Melbourne Central in person Directors Wrap and Lunch 2025 for networking, relationship building, and learning to support your chapter.

This is your opportunity to meet fellow teammates. We look forward to seeing you.

Time: 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Workshop 10 to Midday.

Lunch Midday to 2pm

Venue: Grace by Curtis Stone Events

Transitioning from Launch to Chapter

This is the time when we move the group from launch mode to be a fully operating chapter. They group stop being applicants and now become BNI Members.

This time is very overwhelming as we teach them how to be members, how to do a role in the chapter and how to operate as teams for the chapter to function.

The support director, Area Support & Growth Director, Operations Manager and other members who support the training become involved with the group.

The role of the Launch Director:

leading up to the transition training continuously share the upcoming schedule of dates and training.
transition the trust and leadership to the Support Director and the person leading the training.
Identify applicants for each role
Conduct at least 1 section of the training.
Update the whatsapp chat admin to the S&G director and add operations manager
