A BNI Support & Growth Director Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the BNI Mentor Coordinator, ensuring that mentorship programs within a chapter run smoothly and effectively. Here’s how they assist:
Provides training to the Mentor Coordinator on BNI’s mentoring process and best practices.
Helps the Mentor Coordinator understand how to match experienced members with new members for effective mentorship.
Ensures the Mentor Coordinator is familiar with BNI’s Member Success Program (MSP) and how it integrates with mentoring.
Supplies mentoring materials, such as BNI’s mentoring guides, checklists, and success tracking sheets.
Helps in setting up structured mentoring meetings and follow-ups.
Recommends strategies to keep mentorship engaging and productive.
Assists in tracking the progress of mentor-mentee relationships.
Encourages the Mentor Coordinator to check in with new members to ensure they are benefiting from mentorship.
Reviews reports and feedback to refine and improve the mentorship program.
Supports the Mentor Coordinator in making sure new members feel welcomed, engaged, and guided during their first 6-12 months in the chapter.
Helps reduce member turnover by ensuring new members integrate well and see value in BNI.
Encourages ongoing mentor participation by recognizing and appreciating mentors.
Acts as a bridge between the Regional Leadership Team and the Mentor Coordinator, ensuring BNI’s mentorship standards are upheld.
Encourages collaboration with other chapter roles (like the Membership Committee) to identify members who may need additional mentoring.
By supporting the Mentor Coordinator, the Support & Growth Director Consultant plays a key role in strengthening member relationships, improving retention, and ultimately driving chapter success. 🚀
