Leadership Changeovers & Bi Annual Role Training

Melbourne Central are implementing a more orchestrated supportive approach to changeover across the region ensuring continued success of chapters.

Training is key and why?

Leadership Team Transition podcast

For every role there are 3 important trainings to undertake.  Complete all 3, not a combination.

1) Business Builder Training. This training is the theory for your role, covers all aspects and is still required even if you went to the national and regional training.

2)  National Training. This is Australia wide training, practical and only covers 2 to 3 topics for your role.

3)  Regional Training is specific and practical for doing your role in our BNI Melbourne Central Region.
