Your role is to support and monitor new members to ensure they have the best start possible in your chapter.
Your role starts when the membership committee does a 3 way email introduction to you and the new member. This should only be after the person has paid.
Be their first welcome call to the chapter to set them up for success at their first meeting
Introduce them to the Passport Program and support them through the program. Track their progress
Introduce them to their Mentor / Buddy in the chapter
Monitor their progress to complete Member Success Program (MSP)
Introduce them to the New Member Webpage and have them book mark the page.
Provide recommendations for relevant podcasts, directions of what specifically is required to get into the Green. (above 70 points on the chapter traffic lights).
Every Tuesday the alert report shares absences and what members haven't completed specific BNI activities in the past 3 weeks or 6 months. Use this report to identify what new members require support. Be supportive (how can we help) conversation, not a you haven't done this and reprimand email or conversation.
The 3rd business day of the month the monthly traffic reports are produced, Review and identify who requires support.
Facilitate a new members recognition for completing their MSP and Passport Program.
Encourage the new member to attend the New Member Welcome Event.
