Ives Creek School

1880-1947

As early as July 23, 1880, a petition was filed with the county judge for creating a school at Ives Creek. It was known to be common school district #25 with 37 pupils and $111,00 toward its maintenance.  At some time, Ives Creek School District #25 was divided into 2 districts creating Ives Creek #25 and Bradbury School District #28.  It closed after the 1946-1947 school year.
