PEP SQUAD

 In the summer of 1941, Mr. Wofford, the Hempstead High School Band Director came to Bellville to give instruction.  We marched at the football games and the Austin County Fair Parade.  Drum Major was Shirley Tucker, and Twirlers were Dorothy Girndt and Louise Zumwalt.
