Ubuntu is an open source software operating system that runs from the desktop, to the cloud, to all your internet connected things. We recommend two LTS (Long Term Support) versions for Ubuntu OS.
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Recommended) or a virtual machine running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
- To install ubuntu you will need to download an specific ISO file.
- Make sure that you download the desktop version.
