-Paper
-Markers, crayons, or pencils
Instructions
-Take your piece of paper and lay it down flat
-Next draw a big heart in the middle of the paper
-Now, think of different parts of you that you love, like your family, activities that you do with friends and family, foods that you like and anything about your life
-Draw wavy or straight lines around the heart to split the heart into different sections. In each section write something that you thought of from above
-Then color and add decorations around the paper and show it to someone at home!

-Warm water
-Gel or regular food coloring (optional)
-Sparkle glitter (optional)
Instructions
-Add 2 cups of flour and 2 cups of salt in a bowl
-Now, measure 1 cup of warm water and pour it into the bowl of flour and salt
-Mix until it becomes dough and if it is too hard then add more warm until it softs
-Next add food coloring and the glitter and stir
-Rip the dough apart and make them into small stones or rocks
-Let it sit overnight or until it is hardened
-Think about any worries or stresses you might have
-Now gently rub or play with the stone while thinking about what your feeling
-While you play with the stone, name the worries that you have and talk to an adult about them. Worries and stress is normal but keeping them inside can be harmful.

Instructions
-Think about words that start with different letters. Ants start with A, bees start with B, cats for C, and there are many more.
-Take the piece of paper and place it on a flat service. Next, using the ruler to make 26 boxes, one for each letter of the alphabet
-Challenge yourself how fast you can draw a picture for each letter. If you can, time yourself. After that, get another piece of paper and do the challenge all over again but you cannot draw the same picture for any letter.

-Think about your friends or family members who need some cheering up
-Once you have though of someone, start thinking about some awesome things about them, like are they kind or helpful
-After you have thought about them, start cutting a big circle
-Next, write the person’s name in the circle
-Cut out some petals and write on the petals what you think is special about them
-Now, glue the petals to the circle
-Cut out a stem and some leaves to glue onto the flower
-Give them the flower the next time you see them!

-Gather leaves, big ones and little ones
-Place the leaf on the paper and then rub a crayon on top of the leaf. For the best results, it would best to do it with the crayon on its side and not use the tip of the crayon
-This will cause the leaf imprint on the paper

Instructions
Choose a time to do this experiment. Do this in early morning or late afternoon.
Place the toys on the paper.
Using the pencil, trace the outline of the shadows on the paper.
Notes
Do the shadow stay the same? How do they change with time?
Are the shadows larger, the same size or smaller than the toys?
When you rotate the toys, what happens to the shadows?

Instructions
Use the markers to draw the beginning of a rainbow on the edge of the paper towel
Watch as the colors run down the paper towel
Use a paper clip and some yarn to lift the paper towel
With the addition of water, your rainbow begins to inch towards the sky!
