This belief is actually one of the most debatable belief here in our community, this is because majority are driven by “ Malas kase” which means that whatever the belief their culture has, there is no reason for you to be exempted in any of those. Your culture your rule so never broke any of those. But here are the others, which was driven by the quote “Every living things must have the right to live according to their will” but does the pets, like dogs & cats will have an exemption and consideration? Especially if it becomes a medium to break, one of our community’s cultural belief? The answer is definitely NO. This is because, as to what Mrs. Rosalinda, Ibarra a resident of Ecahgue says, “having an animal under the casket would bring horrible bad luck, since it indicates that there will be another death waiting for the family. And to break the curse, the family should kill that pet, so the death curse will aim the animal and not in the family anymore
