Natalie is a three-time Mercer University Bear- graduating with her BSEd is Early Childhood Education & Special Education, her MEd in Education, & her PhD in Curriculum & Instruction. Throughout her teaching career, she taught both self-contained and inclusion classes & worked with both neurotypical students & students with exceptionalities in the public-school setting. In 2015, she developed a preschool program for students with exceptionalities in the hospital setting. Soon after, she began pursuing her BCBA certification through Florida Institute of Technology. Today, Natalie enjoys consulting with school systems, training teachers, & working with families and children to address behavioral concerns.
Beverly received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Masters of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University. For the past 20 years she has worked as in-home trainer, working closely with teachers to establish & carry over successful strategies used is the classroom to the home environment. She is the co-owner of Bridging Behaviors, which provides behavior support & parent/staff training to school districts & adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities. She also teaches courses in applied behavior analysis at Arizona State University. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
