Meet and speak with NYC Council Members at the Steps of City Hall in New York’s Financial District and advocate for BBBS’s securing of government funding during annual budget cycles. Share statistical evidence of the positive impact generated by BBBS’s mentorship programs and tell your personal stories as a Big or volunteer of the organization

Email NYC Council Members

Reach out to NYC Council members over email to provide them with a detailed overview of BBBS’s mentorship initiatives and accomplishments to date. Bring the mission of BBBS to the top of their minds and help them understand the positive impact that BBBS has on the youth of NYC. Strengthen partnerships with individual NYC Council members and garner support
