Guidelines for Updating Sponsorship Template:
Choose the appropriate year (2023-2024) under column A ‘Sponsorship Year’
Add the company name to column D ‘Organization/Donor Name' and your name to column F 'YPC Contact First and Last Name''
Add the potential sponsor name to column G ‘Sponsor Contact First and Last Name’
Add the potential sponsor email address to column H ‘Sponsor Contact Email’
Complete steps 1-4 for 2-3 additional hot/warm leads in your network. These should be folks with whom you have a personal relationship and feel comfortable making the sponsorship ask.
Additional Instructions:
Browse the already populated ‘Organizations/Donors’ list, looking for those who do not currently have an associated ‘YPC Contact’
