These Terms of Use describe the app-specific rules for Conditionals (If Clauses) (the App). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is also governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and do not replace it. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent applicable.
The App provides English-grammar explanations, quizzes, mistake review, targeted follow-up questions, progress history, preserved visual lessons, personalized study plans, and interactive Conditionals labs.
No account is required. Progress, plans, and learning history are stored locally on the device. The App does not provide developer-operated cloud sync. Deleting the App, removing its data, or erasing the device may cause local progress to be lost. Apple device backups are controlled by your settings and Apple's terms.
The App is licensed, not sold. Your license and use are subject to the Apple Standard EULA and Apple's applicable Usage Rules.
You may use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, scrape in bulk, or commercially exploit the App or its content except where applicable law or the Apple Standard EULA expressly permits it. You may not interfere with the App, bypass access controls, or attempt to obtain Premium features without a valid entitlement.
The core lessons, main quizzes, answer-specific explanations, targeted mistake review, progress history, preserved visual library, one replayable taster in each interactive lab, and one completion-based personal-plan preview are free. The plan preview is a free App feature, not a subscription trial, and does not start a paid subscription.
The App offers one auto-renewable yearly Premium subscription. While the entitlement is active, Premium unlocks new personalized seven-day plan sessions and fifteen additional interactive lab scenarios. Stored plans and completed learning history remain readable after Premium expires. The App has no advertising integration, and Premium is not sold as an ad-removal product.
The exact localized price is displayed by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically for another year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends at the price shown for your account and region.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel it. If the subscription expires or is revoked, new Premium plan and locked-lab sessions become unavailable, while the App's free learning and readable stored history remain available.
Use Restore Purchases to restore an eligible subscription associated with the Apple Account signed in on the device. Apple processes purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing records, and refund requests. The developer does not receive your full payment-card details.
The App does not offer a free subscription trial or an introductory offer.
Use of the App is subject to the Conditionals Privacy Policy. Learning data is stored locally. The App contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics, or tracking code. Apple handles StoreKit purchase and entitlement information under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
The App is an independent educational product. Its explanations, questions, feedback, progress summaries, and study plans are learning aids. They are not an official examination, score, certificate, admissions decision, professional assessment, or guarantee of a particular result.
The App, its original lessons, questions, explanations, software, visual design, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Descriptive reference does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Content and features may be corrected, expanded, reorganized, or discontinued as the App develops. StoreKit functions depend on compatible iOS software, an internet connection, Apple Account settings, and App Store service availability and may not be available at all times or in every region.
Eligible subscribers must continue to receive the Premium access covered by their paid subscription period. Any future price change is handled through Apple's subscription systems and applicable notice or consent rules.
Your right to use the App may end if you materially violate these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Provisions that should continue by their nature, including intellectual-property protections and the educational notice, remain applicable. Warranty, liability, governing-law, and dispute provisions are governed by the Apple Standard EULA and mandatory local consumer rights.
