Go to Orc Village Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Roguemaster’s Bow [1] x11.
Go to the Geffen Equipment Socketing NPC in north area. Equip one then click Weapon Socketing then continue. Once done, you will get Roguemaster’s Bow [2]
Tier up the Roguemaster’s Bow [2] up to Tier VI
How to craft Scarlet Bolt [1]
How to craft Scarlet Bolt [1]
Go to Payon Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Falken Blitz [1]
Tier up Falken Blitz [1] until it becomes Scarlet Bolt [1].
Tier up the Scarlet Bolt [1] up to Tier IV.
