Each target hit by [Thors Fury] and its Splash Damage will have a 20% chance of being slowed by 30% for 2 seconds.

Go to Prontera - mid and talk to the Extreme Shop NPC.
Requirements: 150 Extreme Weapon Shard + any of the weapons below:

Take note: Weapons should be cleaned before being exchanged with the Extreme Shop NPC. Must be +0 to +8, no enchant and enhance.
