10 red riding hood
2000 black veil
1000 hypnotic log
1,000,000

How to craft Battle Berdysz [2]
Go to Payon Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Berdysz [1] x11.
Tier up Berdysz [1] until it becomes Battle Berdysz [1].
Go to the Geffen Equipment Socketing NPC in north area. Equip one then click Weapon Socketing then continue. Once done, you will get Battle Berdysz [2].
Tier up the Battle Berdysz [2] up to Tier VIII.

Go to Geffen Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Release of Wish [1].
Tier up Release of Wish [1] until it becomes Wing Staff [1].
Tier up the Wing Staff [1] up to Tier II.
