Go to Izlude Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Orcish Axe [1] x11.
Tier up Orcish Axe [1] until it becomes Vecer Axe [1].
Go to the Geffen Equipment Socketing NPC in north area. Equip one then click Weapon Socketing then continue. Once done, you will get Vecer Axe [2].
Tier up the Vecer Axe [2] up to Tier VIII
