Finger [1] Drop from MVP Arc Angeling or buy in Exchange x11.
Go to the Geffen Equipment Socketing NPC in north area. Equip one then click Weapon Socketing then continue. Once done, you will get Sura Rampage [2].
Tier it up until tier II.

Tier up up to Tier IV

Go to Orc Village Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Knuckle Dusters [1].
Tier up the Knuckle Dusters [1] until it become Studded Knuckles [1]
