Go to Aldebaran, the mid-west part, and speak to the Enchant Fusion NPC and prepare these items:

• Staff of Element Fusion [2] Tier IV

• Kronos [1] Tier IV

• Wing Staff [1]

• 20 glow metal

• 10 Red Riding Hood

• 10 Rag Cape Shard

• 2000 Rotting Rope

• 1000 hypnotic log

• 1,000,000

• 1,000,000

• Go to Orc Village Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Staff of Element Fusion [1] x11.

• Go to the Geffen Equipment Socketing NPC in north area. Equip one then click Weapon Socketing then continue. Once done, you will get Staff of Element Fusion [2].

• Tier up the Staff of Element Fusion [2] up to Tier IV.

• Drop from MVP Dark Lord or buy in Exchange.

• Tier it up to Tier IV

• Go to Geffen Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Release of Wish [1].

• Tier up the Release of Wish [1] until it become Wing Staff [1]
