Go to Prontera Equipment Craftsman NPC and craft Buster [1] x11.
Tier up Buster [1] until it becomes Doom Axe [1].
Go to the Geffen Equipment Socketing NPC in north area. Equip one then click Weapon Socketing then continue. Once done, you will get Doom Axe [2].
Tier up the Doom Axe [2] up to Tier VIII
