When instructed, you must run towards cone C (you must arrive at cone C before beep signal) and immediately return to cone B before the next beep signal.
You have a 10-second recovery period where you must jog from cone B to cone A, and back to cone B before the next shuttle.
Two consecutive failed attempts will cause you to be withdrawn from the test. An attempt is considered failed if you could not reach cone C and back to cone B within the allocated time (before beep signal).
