FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY WARM-UP
A proper functional mobility warm-up prepares the body for training by improving flexibility, joint stability, and movement efficiency. This routine includes dynamic exercises that activate key muscle groups, enhance coordination, and reduce the risk of injuries. Below show some suggestion for warm up:
* Functional mobility warm up should be done in a correct and controlled manner. It’s part of training!
1) Inchworm walk 5-8 reps
2) World’s greatest stretch 5/5 reps each side
3) Dynamic Lunge with Twist 5/5 reps each side
4) Overhead Squat 5-8 reps
5) Bridge 5 reps
