One of the projects I’ve been proud to work on at City Council is updating Cold Lake’s OHV (off-highway vehicle) rules.
The changes make it easier for riders to access trails safely, and they also give businesses the option to welcome OHV parking if they choose. That means hotels, restaurants, and other businesses can approve OHV customers to park on their property, a win for tourism, convenience, and our local economy.
Cold Lake is built around outdoor living, and these updates strike a better balance between safety, respect for neighbourhoods, and supporting the lifestyle that makes our community unique.
