Gold membership Gym access, fitness classes, pilates and yoga. Price £35 per month.Membership includes higher intensity and gentler classes. Also yoga and pilates classes. No fixed term.
Silver membership. Gym access and fitness classes Price £30 per month. Membership includes a variety of high intensity classes and gentler functional classes to help us keep on top of everyday activities. No fixed term.
'Keep Fit & Move' membership cost £20 per month. Designed for those who just want to attend the Tuesday morning Pilates Mobility session. The class is ideal for anyone concerned that a mainstream class may be too challenging but does not yet feel ready for chair pilates. Try the session for a gentle lower level mat class designed to keep you moving, whilst improving and maintaining flexibility and balance.
Joint Silver membership. Gym access and fitness classes. Price per month £56. is for two adults living in the same household. Membership includes higher intensity and gentler classes. (Extra £5 pp for Pilates and Yoga membership). No fixed term.
Bronze membership. Price per month. £15 (Young person aged from 13 to 18 inc.) Membership includes high intensity and gentler classes. (Extra £5 to add Yoga and Pilates classes). No fixed term.
New members will have an assessment by one of our qualified instructors, who will discuss with you any medical issues you may have, and what you wish to achieve. You will be given a personalised fitness programme designed to improve your strength, balance, coordination and fitness. There is an Assessment/Induction Fee of £10 per adult and £5 per young person. Induction fee and first month's membership fee is payable on joining. Members are required to set up a monthly bank standing order for the following months.
All 'higher intensity' and gentler functional group classes are also included in your monthly membership fee. There is an additional membership fee for Yoga and Pilates classes.
