Fitness Team

Sue, Sally, Natasha and Josh are all qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers. They will assess your fitness level and desired goals, tailoring a personalised workout for you. They will continue to support and guide you at the gym ensuring you are getting the most from your exercise routine. Our fitness professionals pride themselves with being very approachable and are pleased to help you achieve your own fitness and wellbeing challenges at Aylsham Community Gym.

Sue

Sue is a qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, she teaches yoga and Pilates with a specialism in exercise for later in life. 

Sally

Sally is qualified Pilates instructor. She gained her level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates at Proprius Pilates, Therapies and Training in Tacolneston, where she also teaches. Sally specialises in remedial Pilates and enjoys making Pilates accessible and enjoyable for all ages and abilities.

Josh

I'm a personal trainer, who believes in using confidence and positivity towards fitness and health, in order to achieve goals set in, and outside of the gym.


I'll help you to gain the confidence you need, to take on all the difficult areas, in life. 


I have a background in kickboxing and mixed martial arts giving me a wealth of knowledge, that I have gained over the years. I implement this knowledge into my sessions ensuring they are fun, and positive whilst working hard and getting the best results.
