Beck, Sue, Paul and Josh are all qualified fitness instructors and personal trainers. They will assess your fitness level and desired goals, tailoring a personalised workout for you. They will continue to support and guide you at the gym ensuring you are getting the most from your exercise routine. Our fitness professionals pride themselves with being very approachable and are pleased to help you achieve your own fitness and wellbeing challenges at Aylsham Community Gym.

Sue and Josh

Sue is a qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer, she teaches yoga and pilates with a specialism in exercise for later in life. Josh sees himself as an all rounder.


Beck is qualified as an England Athletics Coach in Running and attained a Level 2 Diploma as a Personal Trainer. Her passion is for health through mobility, no matter the age, background or experience.
