You might be here to get your blood pumping, your muscles flexing or just to try something completely different - but whatever you want from your workout, we’ve got the kit to get you there.

We have lots of different free weights, powered by you! Also, in a separate room, a dedicated weights area with a squat rack and cable machine. So there is plenty of variety to keep you motivated and your workout interesting!
We’re here to help all our members feel positive, motivated and in the perfect mood for a workout. That’s why our gym is bright and spacious with a relaxed atmosphere, so when you come in, you feel comfortable and ready to workout.
On induction, we will show you how all the machines operate. But don’t forget, if you need a refresh of any of the machines or equipment at a later point, all you have to do is ask. We’ll be happy to show you.
