Discovered new Microsoft Outlook tips and applied them by sending a professional email to Professor Noone with a signature
Registered for SIMPath and completed guided lessons and a test on Microsoft Outlook
Set up course notebook and defined key terms, such as Information Systems, LMS, user interface, waffle, and hamburger menu

Just as waffles and hamburgers are popular foods, they also serve as familiar icons in digital menus, helping users navigate apps more intuitively.
Learned how LMS communicate with users, sending notifications, updates, and reminders to guide the learning experience.
Although I use Microsoft Outlook daily, I learned new tricks to add to my skillset such as creating rules to manage incoming emails and keep my inbox organized.

It’s so funny how you can use something for years and not know its real name! I had no idea the little grid menu I use all the time is called a “waffle.” Looking forward to learning new things in this course and discovering more of these little surprises along the way.
