Communication is how we as people interact and talk to one and another. This can be verbal or non-verbal and being aware of our communication styles is a very important part of life.
Attached is a Kindergarten music lesson plan I developed that incorporates Music standards and S.E.L. learning. S.E.L. is such an important tool for teaching students how to be effective communicators. When people learn how to communicate their feelings from a young age they are much more likely to continue this throughout their life and that has been shown to improve happiness and overall quality of life.
