ようこそ ATJOへ!

Why are so many Japanese ghosts wailing well women in white, sporting a stack of saucers? What's with that triangular headband? Your students may have noticed these connections when asked.
They may guess that funerary clothes are traditionally white for purity, but the origins of the headpiece are more obscure.
This slide show addresses the rest through a count-along version of the ghost story of "Banchou Dish Manor". Counting mnemonics, script, and notes are in these Google Slides!
The class materials are in Google Slide format, and copies of the file can be made to edit for one's own classroom use. Please display the slides in "presenter view" to see the story script and notes.
