Voice Dream

According to Deb Woodson, OT, the iPad app Voice Dream is undoubtedly the best way to integrate Bookshare with the iPad. The app allows Bookshare users to have e-books read aloud to them while using Bookshare on an iPad. The voices are much less robotic than other read-aloud softwares, which is something that students value, as it makes the reading feel more authentic. Voice Dream will also highlight the text as it is being read aloud so that students can follow along on the written book pages.
