OpenDyslexic is a free font that may help students with dyslexia to overcome the struggles they face while reading. The font is bottom-heavy, which helps to reinforce where the lines are on the page and also helps to distinguish between commonly-confused letters (b and d, m and n, etc.).
There is also a Google Chrome extension that will override website fonts with OpenDyslexic to make reading webpages easier for students with dyslexia. That being said, the extension does seem to sometimes run the letters off the page depending on the original font and style of the page.
