Vendors outside of Toronto who cannot set up their shelves in person may ship their displays and products to us. Our team will handle the setup according to the instructions provided. A setup fee applies for this service. 
Subsequent restocks can be sent to us free of charge.

Setup Fee Rates:

• Discovery shelf and Entry Shelf: $50+tax

• Endcap full shelf, Wall Spot, and Large Wall Spot: $80+tax

Please note that if any modifications to your display are requested in the future, the setup fee may be charged again depending on the scope of the changes.

Labelling Cost

We strongly encourage vendors to label their own products before handing them to us. In the cases where you are unable to label your own products, a labelling service can be provided by the store staff. The costs are as follows:

• Free for under 5 labels

• 5-50 labels for $30

• 50-100 for $50

• 100-150 $70

• 150-200 $100

Signage Printing Cost

$2 per A4-sized paper 

Must be sent in PSD file with A4 sized canvas. Please ensure all signage is the correct size and print-ready. 

• Exclusive to the Discovery Shelf - Display Rental Add-On  

To make things easier for artists and help reduce the initial investment, we offer the option to rent displays for your products during your Discovery Shelf month. This add-on gives you access to our non-customizable displays, which have been chosen to fit efficiently within the shelf space. This add-on is a flat fee and does not increase based on the number of displays used, so you can use as many displays as you need for your setup without any extra cost. You’re also welcome to use your own displays and simply add ours on to fill any gaps on your shelf. 

The display rental add-on is available for a flat fee of 20 CAD + tax for the entire month.

It gives access to various displays such as racks, pegboards with hooks, baskets, and more.
