Response time: You’ll hear back from us within one month.
Selection process: Jury-based (not first-come, first-served). Some of the aspects we will look at are:
Originality & creativity
Craftsmanship
Variety of products (bringing something new)
Professional presentation
Online reach & engagement
We always aim to keep the process welcoming for emerging artists, and showing strength in even one of these criteria can be enough to be selected.
Confirm & secure your spot: Pay your deposit within 1 week. If you miss the deadline, your spot may be given to someone else, and you will be added to the waitlist.
Choose your start date: Pick a date within the next 30 days of receiving your acceptance. In some cases, an extension of 5 extra days can be given. Beyond that, your cycle will begin automatically.
Set up your display: Your shelf must be ready within 15 days of your chosen start date. Otherwise, your membership may be cancelled and your deposit won’t be refunded.
Activate your subscription: Once your shelf is set up, you’ll receive a link to complete your subscription online. You must activate it within 3 days after receiving it. Late payments may result in a warning notice.
Waitlist
If we approve your application but all spots are full, we will add you to our waitlist and assign you a position.
We will email your position and keep you updated for when a spot opens for you.
After receiving our email to offer you a spot, you'll then have 5 days to confirm it. If we do not hear back within 5 days, we will offer the spot to the next artist on the waitlist.
