Restocking and Overstocking
Restocking and Overstocking
Restocking hours:
Vendors may restock their products at any time during store hours, except during the last hour of the day (after 8 PM). Restocking after that time may delay closing and interfere with our team’s end-of-day tasks; we reserve the right to refuse it.
Restocking is also not permitted on Saturdays, as these are our busiest days. If an artist arrives to restock on a Saturday, we reserve the right to decline.
Extra stock may be kept in your overstock box in the backstock area. Our team will regularly use this to replenish your shelf as products are sold.
Overstock box size:
Each shelf plan gives you a different amount of space in the backstock area:
Discovery Shelf and Entry Shelf - Maximum box size: 40x30x15 cm
Endcap Full Shelf, Wall Spot, and Explicit Art Wall Spot - Maximum box size: 40x30x30 cm
Large Wall Spot - Maximum box size: One 60x40x30 cm (or two 40x30x30 cm)
Our sizing reference is based on the IKEA SAMLA boxes with lids.
We strongly recommend using these boxes, if you don't already have a box to use.
Your Overstock Box must:
Have a lid (so it can be stacked with other boxes).
Be clear/transparent (so contents are visible).
Have a readable label with your artist name on all sides (for easy identification by our team).
Contain products that are already labelled for sale.
An overstock box is strongly recommended to ensure uninterrupted sales. However, it is not mandatory. You may handle your restocks directly, if preferable.
Stock Requirements
Vendors must keep their shelves consistently well stocked. Our team will contact you if your inventory is running low.
Each product must have at least 3 units per design, unless it is oversized, high-value, or a unique one-of-a-kind piece.
Consistently failing to maintain stock, even after reminders, may result in a warning notice or, in serious cases, termination of membership.
