Warnings: Failure to respect the rules may result in a Warning Notice, determined on a case-by-case basis.

Three Warning Notices: If a vendor receives three warning notices, their contract will be terminated. The last-month deposit will be applied to cover the final space rent payment, and a move-out date will be scheduled. The final payout will be issued only after the vendor has fully moved out.

Disputes & Escalations: If a situation escalates into a dispute, the contract will be terminated immediately. In such cases, both the final payout and last-month deposit will be withheld, and the vendor will have no more than 7 days to collect their products, displays, and/or shelf. Items not collected within this time will become the property of Artist Alley Shop and may be disposed of or used at our discretion.

Immediate Expulsion: Depending on the severity of non-compliance, we reserve the right to immediately expel and ban anyone from the shop. Any act of incivility towards our team or store will not be tolerated and may also result in legal action.
