**The schedule is subject to last minute changes. Don't bet your house on it.
Venue: Lecture theatre DLT-10 of D block, BITS Goa.
For smaller impromptu discussions, there would be additional rooms.
Accommodation: You are possibly staying at the Fern Kesarval, if you are not staying on campus.
Airport pickup/drop-off: The hotel provides airport (Dabolim airport) pick-up and drop-off cab service. You can of course get your own cab from the airport. For the international participants, we will arrange transport to and from the airport.
Food: If you are staying at Fern Kesarval, you may choose to have breakfast there, which is included in your stay package. Those staying inside the campus may opt for breakfast either at the guest house/ the messes or any other eateries on campus. During Tea/ Coffee breaks, we can go to some of the institute cafeteria/ Physics Department Pantry. Lunch will be arranged by us in the institute guest house. Goa is India's most popular tourist destination, and a wide choice of culinary delicacies await you outside the campus. We leave it up to the participants to venture out into diverse food options for dinner outside the campus.
Local Transport: We will arrange cars for your travel from the hotel to the institute. Vehicles will be there to drop you off at the hotel in the evening. If you wish to spend the evening at a nearby quaint beach, we will book transport for that as well.
Advisory: Goa has tropical humid weather, and you may expect temperatures to rise to 33 degrees Celcius during the day, even in February. On a lighter note, jeans are never popular in Goa.
