We highly encourage you to send your completed documents to your training team representative for review before your follow-up Career Advisor appointment.

4)  Many of the documents provided on this website are in WORD format.  If you do not have access to Microsoft WORD to open the documents, please register for a FREE Google Email account that gives you access to Google Docs.  With a FREE Google Docs account, you are able to open and edit any Microsoft Word document at your convenience.  See below for a tutorial:

5)  In the coming week, you are required to attend three (3) virtual workshops.  The workshops are on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  See below for  a snap shot of this week's schedule.  Visit the "WORKSHOPS" tab for more information.

6)   Please review the Approved Training Provider database via the Arizona Job Connection (AJC) website.  This database gives you access to all the providers and schools that we can currently make payment to using program funding.  Typically, if a training program is not found within the database, ARIZONA@WORK will not approve the training request.

This page will give you detailed instructions on how to search the database and a form you can complete to compare the Training Providers you identify.

7)  Lastly, it is critical to complete the modules in numerical order- first starting with MODULE 1  and ending with MODULE 6.

After viewing the Orientation content, select the Module 1 tab at the top of your page to get started with online S.O.A.R. modules.
