As you prepare to join the workshops, please review the following:

• Please scroll down to locate the links of the workshops you would like to join as they will be updated Monthly.  Copy and paste into your address bar or follow the hyperlinks under the dates.

• All workshops are delivered via the Zoom or Microsoft Teams platform.  

• Plan to join a few minutes (up to 15) before the start time to ensure your technology is properly working.  You may stay in a "lobby" while waiting for the host.

• Participating with a camera and microphone is not required, but encouraged.  Participants without a camera/microphone are still able to participate via the chat box function. 

• Joining only by phone call should be a last resort as the facilitators will share information on the screen for you to view. You can join using a cell phone if you download the app (see help section below for assistance).

• Upon entry to the workshop, please enter your name  correctly. If your name does not display correctly, contact your trainer. Failure to do so could result in being marked absent from the workshop. 

• Please reach out to your assigned trainer with any questions or concerns about attending the workshops.

Help and Troubleshooting:

If you've never used WebEx/Zoom before, clicking the link should prompt you to download the program on your device. You should also get the option to "join from browser" if you don't want to/can't download the program (except mobile devices which require downloading the app). 

Does the facilitator sound choppy? Try closing other things (apps, websites, streaming) that are using your internet connection. Turning off your video can also help.

Many problems can be fixed by leaving the meeting and rejoining.
