This is a one-hour, interactive e-learning (online) course. No documents will be generated for submission to your career advisor. You may access the e-learning course anytime – 24/7/365.
You will learn the essential skills needed to succeed and thrive in the workplace. The topics covered in this course include communication, positive attitude, teamwork, problem-solving , critical thinking, and professionalism.
2. Post-SOAR Appointment
Once the completed SOAR package is submitted to your assigned Career Advisor, they will then contact you for the post-SOAR appointment.
Remember the post-S.O.A.R. appointment is the opportunity to discuss your occupational research findings, desired career goals, potential barriers and your action plan.

Submitting the survey indicates to our team that you have completed all modules and your documents are ready for final submission. If neither is completed, do not submit a survey. Instead, contact our training team and/or your career adviser for assistance.
Note: Your survey input has no impact on potential training approval. Please feel free to answer honestly.
